Questions
When can I move in?
The roof is on and the windows go in before winter. If the weather is kind, the first keys are handed over in spring 2027.
What does the reservation do?
The reservation fee of €1,000 holds a flat for you for 14 days while you arrange the financing. It counts towards the price, and you get it back if you step back.
Can I change the layout?
Until the end of January 2027 we can move walls that don’t carry the building, and you choose the floors and tiles from our range.
What comes with every flat?
A cellar room, a space in the bike room and a share of the courtyard garden. Parking spaces in the garage are sold separately.
How is it heated?
With district heating, underfloor in every room, and cooling through the floors in summer.
